Lime Grilled Salsa Salmon

Makes 1 Serving

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 (6 oz.) Skinless Boneless Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon® portion
Favorite salsa sauce
Lime slices
Salt and pepper to taste

Defrost salmon in sealed pouch overnight in the refrigerator, or in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Combine 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tbsp. lime juice - brush Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon® portion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grill or broil salmon 5-6" from heat source for approx. 3 minutes per side - brush again when turning. Top with favorite salsa sauce and garnish with lime slices. Enjoy!
