Simple Baked Salmon

Makes 4 Servings

4 (6 oz.) Skinless Boneless Camanchaca® or Pier 33 Salmon® portions
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbs. lemon juice
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley

Preheat oven to 400°.
Place salmon portions in a baking dish. Combine vinegar and lemon juice and pour over the salmon. Sprinkle with garlic salt, dried basil and dried parsley. Cover and bake for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes. Serve with favorite side dish.
