Grilled Dill Salmon

Makes 4 Servings

4 (6 oz.) Skinless Boneless Camanchaca® or Pier 33 Salmon® portions
2 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
½ tsp. dill weed
¼ tsp. onion powder
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
Heavy duty aluminum foil

Prepare the grill. Combine the butter, dill weed, onion powder and lemon juice in a bowl and set aside. Arrange the salmon portions in a tray made of heavy duty foil with one inch sides. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place on grill. Cover lightly with foil and cook approximately 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
