Salmon with Yogurt
Makes 4 Servings4 (6 oz.) Skinless Boneless Camanchaca® or Pier 33 Salmon® portions
Small container of plain, low-fat yogurt
2 cups bread crumbs
Spices of choice
Slather the yogurt over the salmon, covering both sides. Mix the spices and bread crumbs. Then roll the salmon portions into the bread crumb mixture. Broil or grill 3-5 minutes on each side.
